We arrange an introductory call or meeting at a convenient time.
We learn about the business, the current arrangements and what you would like to improve.
We explain how we would approach the work and whether we believe we are a good fit.
If both sides want to proceed, we set out the scope, fixed fee and onboarding process clearly.
No pressure to decide on the call
The purpose of the first conversation is to establish whether it makes sense to continue. There is no obligation and no sales script. If another type of adviser or service would suit you better, we will say so.
Existing clients
Existing clients should continue to use their usual direct contact details. For genuinely urgent matters outside office hours, email with URGENT in the subject line and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
