Your numbers should help you run your business.
Xero gives you access to your accounts whenever you need them. But having the numbers available and actually knowing what they’re telling you are two different things.
We help you get Xero working properly, keep your accounts up to date and understand what the figures mean for your business.
Why we use Xero
Good financial information shouldn’t arrive months after the decisions have been made.

That’s one of the main reasons we use Xero. With your accounts kept properly up to date, both you and we can see what is happening in the business now – not just what happened last year.
It also means the conversations we have with you can be based on current information. We can see how the business is performing, pick up changes and trends, and talk about anything that needs attention.
Up-to-date records in Xero are also what make our ongoing reporting possible, from quarterly management accounts through to Business Clarity, our advisory service. Xero provides the numbers; our job is to help you make sense of them.

Already using Xero?
Using Xero doesn’t automatically mean you’re getting useful information from it.

We regularly see Xero accounts where the bookkeeping is technically being done, but the reports aren’t particularly helpful. There may be old items sitting on the bank reconciliation, transactions posted inconsistently or an account structure that no longer reflects the way the business operates.

We can review your existing Xero setup and sort out anything that needs attention.

We’ll also look at what you actually want to know about your business and make sure the accounts are set up to give you useful answers – whether that’s understanding which parts of the business are most profitable, keeping a closer eye on costs or having a clearer idea of where you stand before making your next big decision.
Moving to Xero
If you’re currently using spreadsheets, desktop accounting software or another cloud package, we can manage the move to Xero for you.

We’ll agree the best time to make the change, transfer the information you need and make sure everything is working properly before you start relying on it.

And if members of your team will be using Xero, we’ll make sure they’re comfortable with what they need to do.

The other software you might need
Xero can do a lot, but it doesn’t have to do everything.

There are some excellent apps that work alongside it for things such as receipt capture, payroll, stock management and forecasting.

We don’t believe in adding software for the sake of it. If another app would make something easier or give you better information, we’ll recommend it. If it won’t, we won’t.
Gold Xero Partner
As a Gold Xero Partner, our team knows the software well – not just how to process transactions, but how to set it up so that the information coming out of it is useful.

Because ultimately, Xero is only a tool.

What matters is whether it gives you the information you need to understand your business and make better decisions.
Your accounts should be doing more than keeping you compliant
Whether you’ve been using Xero for years or are thinking about moving across, the bigger question is what you want from your financial information.

We’ll look at where you are now and what your numbers could be telling you – so you have a clearer view of the business and better information when it comes to deciding what happens next.
